All customers are entitled to a full refund on any transaction made within 7 days/ which equals 168 hours from the time of purchase.

Please note: In order to process your refund you must provide all of the above information. This is not optional. If this information is not included in the refund request it will delay processing.

The purpose of this information is to help us find your purchase within our records, identify the correct party, and expedite your refund as quickly as possible. Keep in mind that different banks and credit providers handle transactions at different rates, because of this it may take up to 3 weeks for your refund credit to appear in your banking/credit statement.

If we do not reply to your email immediately don’t worry, as long as we receive it within 7 days (168 hours) of your purchase transaction, it will happily be refunded.
What Transactions Are Eligible For A Refund
You are allowed to refund any purchase made within the 7 day (168 hour) period. You must email us with a refund request within the 7 day (168 hour) period or your transaction will not be eligible for a refund. We will confirm the date & time of the email received to see if it was sent within the 7 day (168 hour) return window. The success of the refund is not based on when we read the email: it is based on when it is sent/received.

- Please tell us why you decided to return your product.
- Please provide the email address that you registered/purchased the product with. (Sometimes members use secondary emails instead of their primary emails when contacting us, so please keep this in mind, thank you).
- Please provide your full name (first & last name).
- Please confirm that the transaction has occurred within the last 7 days (168 hours) by telling us the date and time that the transaction occurred.
